Order change

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
Please email us at info@creativewigs.com.au or call us at (03) 9654 7383 during business hours to change your order, and where possible, we will accommodate. However, you will need to provide identification or the Order Number to confirm the cancellation. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to adjust it as per our returns policy.

Quality Control

Our quality control department properly inspects all items before the item(s) are sent to ensure the product is in perfect condition.

Manufacturing Fault

Our overall aim is simple: to provide the highest quality. However, sometimes things can go wrong, and if this happens, we'll do our best to find a quick and fair solution to solve your issue.

Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers must give the supplier the chance to fix the problem, and we reserve the right to repair a minor fault or minor problem.

It is at the discretion of Creative Wigs to:

provide an identical replacement or an item(s) of similar value
repair the product within a reasonable time, or
give a refund.
Please note a manufacturing fault does not include general wear and tear.

Any faults will be required to be notified within seven business days of receiving your item.

Sizing: Please note that due to different factors, such as the materials that the cap of the wigs/hairpieces are constructed, the product's sizing may change from style to style.

Styling: Human hair wigs do require styling once received to achieve desired looks.

Hair Colour: Please be aware that due to different screen resolutions, colours may vary from screen to screen. Therefore, the colour swatches are intended as a guide only.
