You place an order, we process it, and subsequently, we initiate shipping. The ordering phase merely requires a few moments. 

However, the processing stage might go from 1 to 10 business days due to the extensive inventory of colours and styles. Rest assured, you will receive an email notification containing shipment details and a tracking number as soon as your package sets out for delivery.

Shipping Times and Costs

Domestic: $10 Flat Free Shipment via Australia Post. We also offer an option for Express shipping with a signature on delivery. This option incurs a flat rate shipping charge of $18.00 to anywhere in Australia. Depending on the destination, customers can expect their correctly completed order delivered within 1-2 working days.

International: We offer a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $45 on all orders. Delivery timeframe of 3-10 business days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing of order before shipment)

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges customs may charge for international deliveries.

Backorder - Out Stock

If an item states "backorder", this means the product is not currently on hand. Therefore, once ordered, it will be sent from our Creative Wigs International Distribution Center, thus requiring 7-10 business days (excluding public holidays, weekends and not including delivery times) for delivery.

In some cases, the product may be out of stock at the distribution centre, in which case you will be notified and updated as to its delivery status.
