If dissatisfied, you can return the items for your purchased pieces according to the conditions below.

  • Items require a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, which entails being unworn, unwashed, and still accompanied by all the attached tags.
  • Only items sent back with prior approval from Creative Wigs will be accepted. Any additional charges will be incurred for the return of the item to you.
  • Non-returnable items encompass all products categorized under hair care and more webpage.
    Items labelled as clearance items (indicated with "clearance" in the title) are deemed final sale items and are not eligible for returns unless the item is defective.
  • All orders where a return has been agreed, will incur a 10% fee which will cover all processing and external charges. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns.
  • Approval for Returns:  Returns are only accepted when discussed and agreed upon by our management team. To request a return, please inform us within 1-2 days of receiving your parcel by emailing us at [info@creativewigs.com.au]. Requests made beyond this timeframe may be rejected.
  • Return Period: If management approves a return, the item must be returned within seven days from the date of the original receipt of the parcel.
  • Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a registered express post with a signature for security. In case of a replacement product, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items returned to Creative Wigs without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Return Address: Please send returns to Creative Wigs at Level 2, 156 Swanston Street, Melbourne, Vic 3000.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
  • Product Quality Assurance: We conduct a thorough inspection of all items before sending them to ensure that you receive a product in perfect condition.
  • Acceptable Returns: We will only accept returns for items damaged upon arrival due to manufacturing faults or defects. In such cases, we will replace the damaged product upon return. All other return requests are at the discretion of our management.
  • Return Condition: Returned items must be unworn and in perfect, unused condition, with no odours, perfumes, smoke, or makeup residue. All original labels, tags, and packaging must also be intact.
  • Secure Shipping: For return shipments, please use registered Express Post with a signature. Standard post without a signature is not recommended, and the sender assumes liability if the package fails to arrive.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable: eyelashes, headwear, accessories, styling products, and sale items.

We have updated our return policy to provide clear procedures for returning items. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the policy.

  • If an order has been cancelled prior to postage,and the item has been ordered in, there will be a fee of between 5 -10% which will cover all necessary external fees/charges.
Promotion Policies
  • Promotions are solely valid for online purchases and do not extend to in-store transactions.
  • Promotion/sale items cannot be combined with ongoing specials or discounts.

Clearance Items
  • Items marked as clearance items (showroom) are considered final sale items and are not eligible for returns unless the item is found to be defective.
