Most accessories and selected wigs are available for same-day pickup (within 1 hour). Other items may take 7–10 business days depending on availability.
If a product or colour is on backorder, we’ll notify you once it’s ready for collection. Please wait for your confirmation email before coming to the store.

You place an order, we process it, and subsequently, we initiate shipping. The ordering phase merely requires a few moments.
However, the processing stage might go from 1 to 10 business days due to the extensive inventory of colours and styles.
