In order to find the right size wig, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline.

Sizes will vary slightly from brand to brand, and it’s important to note that not all wigs are available in all cap sizes.

An average size wig will fit around 90 - 95% of customers. Please see below:

Disappointed that part of the right front side sticks out and doesn’t blend in with the rest. The left side sits nicely. Tried a few things to make it sit right without success.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. I’m so sorry to hear that your new wig isn’t sitting quite right on the right side! It can definitely be frustrating when one side behaves perfectly and the other doesn't want to cooperate.

Because synthetic fibres have a 'factory memory,' they can sometimes get a bit warped or squished during packaging and transit. Since you've already tried a few things, here are two quick tricks that usually do the trick for stubborn synthetic fibers:

The Warm Hands Method: Rub your hands together to create friction heat, then press and hold your warm palm firmly against the section that sticks out for about 10–15 seconds. Let it cool in place.

Low Heat/Steam: If you have a clothes steamer, a very gentle pass of steam (from a safe distance of about 6 inches) can soften the fiber. Press it down into place with a comb or your hand and let it cool completely to reset the shape. (Just be sure not to use direct high heat like a standard curling iron). Because using heat on synthetic styles can feel a bit daunting if you haven't done it before, I’d love to jump on a quick phone call with you. We can chat through the best way to do this safely, or look at a few other tricks to get that side laying perfectly flat.
